About Amy

It’s time to come home to yourself (again)

You know the way. You’ve been there before, but overtime you’ve become lost. I want to help guide you back.

I’m a transformational life coach working with women who feel lost and confused and are overworking and overperforming as a result of it. The women I work with are feeling frustrated, sad and anxious because they are not fulfilling their heart’s desires.

I coach best what I have personally been through and that leads me to specialize in:

  • Fertility
  • Perfectionism, anxiety and overthinking
  • Career fulfillment

Transformational Coaching is what lights me up. It’s what makes my heart sing. I would love to be of service to you.

You’re Not Stuck—Fear is Just Running the Show

My clients usually fall into one of two categories:

  • “I know what I want, but I don’t know how to get there.”
  • “I don’t know what I want, but I know it’s not what I have now.”

The truth? Deep down, they already know the answer. But fear, doubt, and endless noise keep them from hearing it.

The biggest roadblock? Fear.

Fear is what keeps you stuck. It convinces you to play small, to hesitate, to stay in patterns that no longer serve you. I help my clients move through their fear—not by ignoring it, but by understanding why it’s there and how to shift it.

Many of the women I work with are high-achievers, perfectionists (current or recovering), and deeply driven. But perfectionism is often just a coping mechanism—one that holds them back instead of moving them forward. Together, we uncover why it developed, how it’s limiting them, and most importantly, how to let it go.

The clarity, confidence, and freedom you seek are already within you. You just have to be willing to listen.
